With expertise that covers dealing with contingency planning, insolvency filing requirements, debt restructuring, financing and reschedulings, acquisitions/sales, credit bidding, formal insolvency proceedings, restructurings, refinancings, and debt trading, his career has seen him advise an array of insolvency practitioners on various complex, public-interest litigation cases. Aman has significant experience in acting on behalf of The Insolvency Service in relation to all aspects of directors’ disqualification, from investigation through to prosecution and enforcement

Acted on behalf of a chain of restaurants and delis in administration, including advising upon and completing an asset purchase from the administrators to allow for the business to be restructured and reopen post-Covid.
Acted on behalf of a boutique Northern Irish hotel in respect of the administration of its gym tenant and provided insolvency advice in respect of the proposed licence to assign and continuation of business by the incoming purchaser.

Worked closely in an advisory capacity with regulatory bodies such as the Office of Fair Trading, the Financial Conduct Authority and The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency, including advice on ongoing investigations and proposed litigation.
